Return & Refund Policy

At TrendHiveCo.pk online shopping store in Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please NOTE: delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
